Processing Time

Orders placed before 16:00 UK time are dispatched the same business day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

Shipping Options

The following options are available at checkout:

UK Shipping:

Evri Next Day Delivery (Tracked) - £2.50

International Shipping:

Royal Mail International Tracked Shipping (£9.99) - Estimated delivery within 5-12 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow the full delivery timeframe before inquiring about any delays, as The Wonder Lounge does not have control over shipping times.

Returns Policy

All sales from The Wonder Lounge are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve any problems as quickly as possible!
